We combine this technology with our 3D-printing capabilities to achieve complex geometries for both short- and long-runs, as well as rapidly test new designs and build prototypes with leaner overhead costs. Our plastics facility also features high-precision CNC routing stations for achieving sharp edges and tight tolerances when cutting, milling and machining to industry standards and design specifications. Our advanced water jet systems (up to 5’ x 10’) leave a smooth, clean-cut surface free of heat-affected zones, virtually eliminating the need for secondary finishing. Lucas Group finishing services complete the mechanical assembly of our plastic products, and can include custom painting in vibrant  colors, kitting, packaging and labeling.
